Makah Bay Seafoods LLC was established in April 2019 by Roland Gagnon Sr. and Ida Colfax-Engram. Together we buy and sell commercially harvested, Fresh Fish from the Pacific Northwest. Most fish are purchased directly from Makah Native American owned fishing boats and fish is taken to our plant and shipped boxed the next day to our local and international vendors.

Both Roland and Ida are enrolled in the Makah Indian Tribe and are also Army and Air Force Veterans. Makah Bay Seafoods prides itself on fresh fish, great quality, timely delivery, and the ability to adapt to constantly changing market and trends. As a small remote business, we employ 7+ people who service over 4 commercial fishing boats and have sold over 5.8 million dollars in total sales.

While staying competitive with the seafood market we have kept fishing vessel prices higher than in previous times for the local economy. We staff from local work source and own all equipment in our fish processing plant, which keeps our overhead low.
